LEGAL / TERMS

Terms for software that governs machines.

These Terms of Use govern access to Solarion Robotics™ public websites, demonstration experiences and any platform features made available without a separate signed enterprise agreement.

LAST UPDATEDAugust 21, 2026
CONTROL BOUNDARY

The platform is a management plane—not a safety-rated motion controller.

Safety-critical locomotion, actuator control, collision avoidance, guarding, emergency-stop and other machine-safety functions remain the responsibility of the robot manufacturer, system integrator, operator and applicable safety systems.

01

Acceptance and relationship to enterprise agreements

By accessing or using this website, a demonstration environment or platform feature made available by Solarion AI Inc. under the Solarion Robotics™ brand, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If your organization has a signed master services agreement, software agreement, statement of work, pilot agreement, data-processing agreement or other written contract with Solarion AI Inc., that agreement governs the covered services and prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

02

Service scope and product status

Solarion Robotics™ provides or may provide software and services for robot identity, AI software inventory, deployment governance, telemetry, GPS/location context, predictive fleet intelligence, audit evidence, security controls, integrations and related consulting or managed services.

IDENTITYMachine and software identity

CPIDs, assurance attributes, ownership references, software manifests and lifecycle status.

CONTROL PLANEManagement workflows

Approval state, desired vs. reported software, policy decisions, quarantine and evidence records.

OPERATIONSTelemetry and prediction

Health indicators, anomaly signals, maintenance forecasts, GPS/location and geofence context.

DEMOIllustrative environments

Public and private demonstrations may use simulated data and are not representations of a production robot deployment.

Features identified as prototypes, previews, demonstrations, research, beta, roadmap items or under development may change, be incomplete, contain simulated data or be discontinued without notice.

03

Accounts, credentials and authorized users

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued to you and for activity performed through your account. You must use only accounts and robot/API credentials you are authorized to use, promptly report suspected compromise, and follow any customer or Solarion security requirements.

Solarion may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, a customer environment, robots, users, data or third parties, or to investigate suspected misuse or compromise.

04

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to gain unauthorized access to systems or robots; bypass safety controls; interfere with networks; distribute malware; scrape or extract data in a manner that degrades the service; impersonate another entity; falsify identity, attestation or evidence records; violate intellectual-property rights; or use the platform in violation of applicable law.

You must not attempt to use website or management-plane features as a substitute for safety-rated robotics controls, emergency-stop systems or certified industrial safety functions.

05

Robotics safety and operational responsibility

Important safety boundarySolarion Robotics™ is designed to govern identity, software, policy, telemetry and evidence. It is not represented as a certified functional-safety controller and should not be relied on to directly protect people from physical robot hazards.

The customer, robot manufacturer, system integrator and operator are responsible for robot selection, installation, guarding, safety-rated control systems, collision avoidance, emergency stops, safe operating procedures, training, environmental suitability, regulatory compliance and maintenance of physical equipment.

Any production deployment that can affect physical movement, safety, critical infrastructure or regulated operations must be subject to appropriate engineering review, testing, change control and acceptance by qualified personnel.

06

Compute Passport™ and cryptographic evidence

Compute Passport™ concepts may be used to associate a robot, AI model, workload or other governed object with a persistent identifier, issuer-signed claims, status and evidence history. A valid signature or identifier establishes only what the relevant cryptographic mechanism proves; it does not independently guarantee the safety, quality, legality, accuracy or trustworthiness of the underlying robot or AI behavior.

Compute Passport Access Protocol™ concepts, evidence chains, hash-linked records, assurance levels and future network/federation features may evolve over time. Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, no public blockchain, cryptocurrency, token or decentralized consensus network is required for use of the platform.

07

Third-party hardware, software and integrations

The service may interoperate with robot OEM systems, ROS 2 components, cloud platforms, identity providers, maps/location services, enterprise applications, AI models and other third-party products. Solarion AI Inc. does not control third-party products and is not responsible for their availability, security, performance, safety, licensing or changes unless expressly agreed in writing.

References to third-party companies or products do not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.

08

Intellectual property and feedback

The website, software interfaces, product designs, documentation, research, branding, graphics, workflows and related materials are owned by Solarion AI Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Solarion Robotics™ and Compute Passport™ are product marks used by Solarion AI Inc.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Unless a separate written agreement grants broader rights, you may use the site and demo only for lawful internal evaluation and business purposes. Feedback may be used to improve the platform without obligation, provided it does not require disclosure of your confidential information.

09

Customer data, telemetry and confidentiality

Rights in customer-provided data, robot telemetry, software artifacts and confidential information are governed by the applicable enterprise agreement where one exists. For website and demo use, information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential source code, proprietary model weights, private cryptographic keys, passwords or sensitive operational data through public forms unless Solarion has provided an approved secure channel.

10

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, public website content, research materials, demonstrations and preview features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. Solarion does not warrant that demos will be uninterrupted, error-free, production-ready, compliant with every regulatory regime or suitable for safety-critical use.

Predictive health, anomaly, risk or maintenance outputs are decision-support signals and may contain false positives, false negatives, incomplete observations or uncertainty. They should not replace qualified engineering judgment or manufacturer-required inspection and maintenance.

11

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solarion AI Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity or use, arising from public website or demonstration use.

Liability for paid enterprise services is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from your unlawful use of the public service, unauthorized access, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or use of the service to bypass required safety or security controls.

13

Compliance, export and regulated use

You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to your use of robots, AI systems, cryptography, location data, workplace monitoring, export controls, sanctions, critical infrastructure and sector-specific requirements. Availability of a feature does not mean its use is lawful or approved in every jurisdiction or industry.

14

Governing law and changes

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.
